Run42 is a public directory of running races in Veneto. It needs no sign-up and does not profile its visitors. Here's what we process and why.
Data controller
This site is operated by Frisble. For any request about your data, write to info@frisble.com.
What we collect
Browsing Run42 needs no account or sign-up: we do not build user profiles.
When you use “Report a race” or “Report an error”, your mail app opens: the data you send (your email address and message) reaches info@frisble.com and we use it only to handle your report.
Cookies and tracking
The site uses only the essential cookies needed to function. We use no profiling cookies, no analytics, and no advertising. That's why there is no consent banner: there is nothing to consent to beyond essential cookies.
Third-party services
To run, the site relies on providers that process technical data (such as your IP address in server logs) only for as long as needed to deliver the service: Vercel (hosting) and Supabase (race database).
These providers act as data processors and do not use the data for their own marketing.
Your rights
You can request access, correction or deletion of your data and object to processing (GDPR arts. 15–22) by writing to info@frisble.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
